Get Grounded Earthing Bed Mats are designed to fit under a regular bed sheet.

These carbon-based mats provide an excellent connection to the Earth while you sleep. As they are perforated throughout, they allow airflow to prevent overheating. 

The biggest advantage of an Earthing Bed Mat is its longevity. As they are carbon-based, rather than silver, they do not oxidise over time, and because the surface is protected under a covering sheet, wear from abrasion is minimal. They also allow you to use your own coordinated bedding.

This product comes complete with a 4.6m (15ft) connection cord and plug. Alternatively, you can connect to an Earthing Rod. 

Simply slide the straps around each corner of your mattress  Place your regular sheet over the top. This bed mat is suitable for double beds or larger. It is 137 x 185cm

The Earthing Bed Mat has an easy to wipe, smooth surface

Simply wipe with a damp cloth, using mild liquid soap if needed and allow to dry.

Do not wash in a washing machine.

Do not iron.

Do not dry clean.
