We accept payment in British Pounds/GPB. If you see a price shown in another currency, please know that this is only displayed for approximation and information. Final purchases will always be in GBP and displayed as such.
Your purchase will be completed and payment finalised when all funds have cleared to us. All purchased items remain the property of Get Grounded until funds have completely cleared.
Shipping & Delivery
We process and ship our orders as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided on our website and may be reviewed here. Should you not receive your shipment by the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will get in touch with our courier to locate your order and provide you with an update.
Please know that all delivery times are estimates only. Once your order leaves our hands, we have no control over when it arrives. All arrival times are dependent on each shipping service and are never guaranteed.
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us. Such is a rare occurrence, but please let us know if it does occur.
All orders you place may be cancelled up until the day they ship. Should you need or want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipping and left our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it.
In the rare and unlikely occurrence that your order arrives damaged or the items in your order are incorrect, please contact us, and we will begin a return. We will give you information on how to return the items correctly, and we will pay for shipping. You may choose to have the items refunded to your original payment source or replaced.
Should you wish to return your items for another reason, we request that you contact us in writing within 14 days of the order being delivered. All such items to be returned to us must be in a new and re-saleable condition. This does not include items returned under our better sleep guarantee. We will provide you with complete instructions and directions on how to return the items, and you must cover all shipping costs. When we receive the returned items and see that they are in a re-saleable condition, we will issue you a full refund.
All returns from a wholesale order will be charged a 10% fee for restocking.
