Absolutely love this grounding sheet, been using for over a year a feel it has made such a difference to the quality and length of my sleep, would never use a normal sheet again. Don’t really understand all the science behind the grounding sheet. I used it for over a month and it’s  surprisingly changed my sleep patterns. For decades I’ve been a very light sleeper. I would open my eyes every 20 minutes. I never slept more than 4 hours. Since using the grounding sheet I’ve been sleeping deeply and for long hours. One day I even slept 9 hours!!! I’ve been using my grounding mat for over a year now, and it’s made it so much easier to ground every day- especially when I don’t have time to go outside and walk barefoot- which makes it both nicer to simple and genuinely impactful. I feel noticeably calmer and more centred, and my mind feels clearer and more focussed throughout the day. Another benefit has been feeling more ease in my body. Absolutely life changing, made an enormous difference to my life, my wellbeing and my sleep. Not only do I sleep better, I have less fatigue in the daytime, in fact I'm positively energised. I had to spend a period of time away from my own bed recently and didn't have the grounding sheet with me.... I really noticed the difference in my quality of sleep/rest.
